Upside-down Pizza Casserole

2 #’s Ground Beef

½ tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, basil, thyme, ground rosemary, salt and pepper

1 (15oz) can Tomato sauce

Mushrooms,Olives,Pineapple, peppers, or your other favorite pizza topping, chopped

1 ½-2 C Mozzarella, shredded

12 biscuits, homemade or prepackaged.

Biscuits
-
3 C Flour
-
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
-
1 Tbsp Sugar
-
1 tsp Salt
-
¾ tsp Cream of Tartar

Spices (optional)

Combine all in a food processor and add

¾ C chilled Butter cut into 1tbsp chunks

Process then add
-
1 C milk
-
Blend till ball forms and shape into biscuits or to fit in the pan.
Directions

Preheat oven to 400

In a large skillet brown ground beef add spices, tomato sauce, and toppings of choice, and heat through.

If the skillet is not oven safe, transfer to a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with cheese, arrange biscuits on top of cheese.

Bake for 17 mins till the biscuits are cooked through.

Serve with your favorite pizza side.
